Blog Intro

Today we started our blog! We’ve been collecting sap and making syrup since 1995.  We’ve decided it’s time to share our story and share our product, pure Wisconsin maple syrup made from our very own sugar maple trees in Winter, Wisconsin.  It can’t get much better than this!  Plus, we have our bright red sugarshack for our loyal friends to hang out in while we boil away.
